Class Cancellation Policy

Computer Class Registration Policies January 5 2007, 01:23 pm

All computer classes offered by the Woodbury Public Library are free to the public. However, a deposit of $10 is required upon registration for each subject. This deposit will be refunded at the time of the class, or at the first session of a multi-session class. If you do not attend the class or call to cancel your registration more than 24 hours in advance of the class, you will forfeit your deposit.
Registration is required for all classes and can be made in person at the Highland Mills branch. Separate deposit checks must be made out for each subject and each registrant. If you register by telephone, you must bring in your deposit within 24 hours of your call or your name will be removed from the registration sheet.
Classes are open to all adults who meet the prerequisites listed for the subject. However, registration preference may be given to WPL patrons, patrons with a valid library card, and/or patrons registering for a class for the first time if necessary.

If the Town of Woodbury offices are closed for any reason, computer classes will be canceled that day.
If the Monroe-Woodbury School District has a delayed opening, morning computer classes will be canceled.
If there is inclement weather (snow, sleet, hail, etc.), please call the Library at 928-6162 to confirm whether classes are being held, or go to www.cancellations.com to see if the Library is open.
