Church of the Good Shepard - Episcopal

Solomon Cladwaell and his wife donated the lot for this church in August 1873. It wasn't until 1910 that the building was started with only $8,000 in donations and borrowed money. By 1913 it was a thriving Episcopal parish. The original spot for the Episcopal Church in Greenwood Lake was a large tent erected on Chapel Island (site #5).
