- USPTO Web Patent Databases
- The US Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) now offers World-Wide Web (Web) access to bibliographic and full-text patent databases. These databases cover the period from 1 January 1976 to the most recent weekly issue date. A complete patentability search must consider all prior art, including earlier patents, foreign patents and non-patent literature.
