RCLS Member Libraries COVID Reopenings

In response to the COVID 19 pandemic, all RCLS Member Libraries closed their doors in mid-March, 2020. Now, following Phase 1 and Phase 2 guidelines for the Mid-Hudson region, libraries are taking the steps needed to reopen, with limited services. RCLS is compiling a list of each library's reopening status. In general, libraries will first be accepting returns only. Then curbside pickup will be offered, and online holds can be placed on local-library holdings only. All libraries will be waiving overdue fines for their closure period. RCLS and its member libraries offer many online resources for patrons, including ebooks and digital audiobooks. Individual libraries may also offer streaming video content. We urge patrons to check the web sites of their local library for links to all their online content and the latest news on their service restoration.
